Onboard counter
Counters register pulses with positive edge at the counter
input. Counters are assigned to signal group 0 and not yet
enabled.
Counters are enabled by parameterizing of a signal group and
a comparison value.
Counters register pulses with positive edge.
Counters register pulses with negative edge.
Counters A&B are cascaded. Cascaded counter registers
pulses with positive edge.
Counters A&B are cascaded. Cascaded counter registers
pulses with negative edge.

Signal group s:
Comparison value p:
Comparison value q:
* If p or q = 0, the maximum comparison value is loaded
Onboard outputs for short-circuit test
The onboard outputs DQ 33.0 to 33.3 and DQ 34.0 to 34.3 are
not used for short circuit test and can be used as non-failsafe
outputs.
DI bits pi are assigned to short-circuit test DQ 33.x or 34.x
Bit no. of DQ 33/34.x:
x = 0, 1, 2, 3

Note:
You must assign DIs endangered by short circuit to different
short-circuit test DQs. A maximim of 8 DIs can be assigned to
one test DQ.
Example:
DQ 34.0 0.4 32.0 33.7 E
