If 0, the system software does not reset (recycle) the LAN port link in the application initiation stage. If 1, the LAN port
link resets in the application initiation stage.

sec.hostmovedetect.cdp.enabled
If set to 1, the system software unconditionally sends a CDP packet (to the authenticator switch port) to indicate a
host has been connected or disconnected to its secondary (PC) port.
sec.hostmovedetect.cdp.sleepTime
If sec.hostmovedetect.cdp.enabled is set to 1, there is an x microsecond time interval between two
consecutive link–up state change reports, which reduces the frequency of dispatching CDP packets.
