Note that you use a single .set parameter to enable or disable only these two related <
device.sec.TLS.customDeviceCertX.publicCert and
device.sec.TLS.customDeviceCertX.privateKey. All other <device/> parameters have their own
corresponding .set parameter that enables or disables that parameter.
Size constraints are: 4096 bytes for the private key, 8192 bytes for the device certificate.
