In contrast to the error texts which are read from the Web-IO
using diaglist, the error text for diagnosis may also contain
dynamic elements such as IP addresses or port numbers.
Example:
The application sends:

The Web-IO responds:
diagnosis;0005;00400040;008A0000
The application sends:
GET /diagnosis1?PW=wut&
The Web-IO responds:
diagnosis1;Mail Server antwortet nicht.
The application sends:

The Web-IO responds:
