Standards

European Low Voltage Directive
The SIMATIC ET 200pro FC-2 product series meets the requirements of the Low-Voltage
Directive 2006/95/EU. The units are certified for compliance with the following standards:
● EN 61800-5-1 - Electrical power drive systems with adjustable speed
European Machinery Directive
The inverters are suitable for installation in machines. Compliance with the Machinery
Directive requires a separate certificate of conformity. This must be provided by the plant
construction company or the organization marketing the machine.
European EMC Directive
When installed according to the recommendations described in this manual, the SIMATIC ET
200pro FC-2 fulfils all requirements of the EMC Directive as defined by the EMC Product
Standard for Power Drive Systems EN 61800-3.
ISO 9001
Siemens I DT MC operates a quality management system which complies with the
requirements of ISO 9001.
Underwriters Laboratories
The device is listed by UL and CUL for power conversion in an environment with the
pollution degree 2.
SEMI F47
Specification for semiconductor process equipment voltage sag immunity
The SIMATIC ET 200pro FC-2 inverter meets the requirements of the standard SEMI F47-
0706.
