Then, the ATMOS S 351 Natal automatically changes over
into the so-called VE Auto Menu (fi g. 16).
Here, the vacuum generated is displayed (as fi gure and as
bar graph). In addition, the desired vacuum build up time
(default = 120 s) is shown top left and the fi nal vacuum set
at the top right (default = -80 kpa).
The ATMOS S 351 Natal attempts to build up the base
vacuum of -20kPa.
Apply the extraction cup.
After having reached the base vacuum of -20kPa, the
automatic vacuum build up is started and indicated by an
alert tone. The remaining time (in seconds) to fi nal vacuum
is shown at the top left of the display (fi g. 17).
When the fi nal vacuum is achieved the device gives an alert
tone (long tone with one short break). The time displayed
is 0s (fi g. 18). The fi nal vacuum is held.
