INSTALLING THE KICKSTARTER

1. Install:
9kickstarter shaft assembly 1
9kickstarter ratchet gear clip 2
9kickstarter spring 3
NOTE:
Turn the kickstarter spring clockwise and install
its end into the hole a in the crankcase.
2. Install:
9crankcase cover (right) 1
9crankcase cover bolts
NOTE:
Apply sealant to the threads of the crankcase
cover bolts 2.

3. Install:
9kickstarter lever 1
9kickstarter lever bolt
ENG
10 Nm (1.0 m•kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
10 Nm (1.0 m•kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
