REMOVING THE FRONT FORK LEGS

The following procedure applies to both of the
front fork legs.

Securely support the vehicle so that there is
no danger of it falling over.
NOTE:
Place the vehicle on a suitable stand so that the
front wheel is elevated.

FRONT FORK
1. Stand the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Remove:
9front cowlings (left and right)
Refer to "REMOVING THE FRONT COWL-
INGS" in chapter 3.
3. Remove: (T110LSE)
9brake caliper assembly
9brake hose retainers
Refer to "FRONT BRAKE (T110LSE)".
9front wheel
Refer to "FRONT WHEEL AND BRAKE
DISC (T110LSE)".
4. Remove: (T110LE)
9front wheel
Refer to "FRONT WHEEL AND DRUM
BRAKE (T110LE)".
5. Remove:
9front fender bolts (left and right)
9screws (left and right)
9front fender (upper) 1
6. Remove:
9front fender bolts
9collars
9front fender (lower) 1
