CHECKING THE FRONT BRAKE PADS (T110LSE)

ADJUSTING THE REAR BRAKE/
2. Adjust:

a. Turn the adjuster 1 in direction a or b

After adjusting the brake pedal free play,
make sure there is no brake drag.

The following procedure applies to all of the
brake pads.
1. Operate the brake.
2. Check:

9brake pedal free play
until the specified brake pedal free play is
obtained.
Brake pedal free play is
Direction a a
increased.
Brake pedal free play is
Direction b b
decreased.
9rear brake light switch
Refer to "ADJUSTING THE REAR BRAKE
LIGHT SWITCH".
9front brake pad
Wear indicator groove 1 almost disap-
peared → Replace the brake pads as a set.
Refer to "REPLACING
BRAKE PADS" in chapter 6.
