Click Ca n ce l t o begin configuring t his screen afresh.
Use t his sect ion t o configure your TACACS+ account ing set t ings.
Specify t he am ount of t im e in seconds t hat t he Swit ch wait s for an account ing request
response from t he TACACS+ server.
This is a read- only num ber represent ing a TACACS+ account ing server ent ry.
Ent er t he I P address of an ext ernal TACACS+ account ing server in dot t ed decim al not at ion.
The default port of a TACACS+ account ing server is 4 9 . You need not change t his value
unless your net work adm inist rat or inst ruct s you t o do so.
Specify a password ( up t o 32 alphanum eric charact ers) as t he key t o be shared bet ween
t he ext ernal TACACS+ account ing server and t he Swit ch. This key is not sent over t he
net work. This key m ust be t he sam e on t he ext ernal TACACS+ account ing server and t he
Swit ch.
Check t his box if you want t o rem ove an exist ing TACACS+ account ing server ent ry from
t he Swit ch. This ent ry is delet ed when you click Apply.
