The MFP could not detect the FDI device
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Was the FDI device removed after installation?
Yes : Select "FDI device uninstall" on UI menu.
2. Did you replace the HDD / Video board / FDI device y p
Yes : Update the firmware for the new board.
3. Does the problem occur after updating the firmware
Yes :
A. Print the configuration report and check the fir
B. If all software versions are not normal, update
C. If the problem persists, replace the defective d C If th bl
4. Check the connection between FDI device and Vide
Remove the FDI device and re-install it.
5. Replace the FDI device
6. If the problem persists, replace the Video board. p p
