● Symptom / Cause :
Paper transport jam (paper Input section)
1. The paper has not reached the duplex jam 2 senso
1 sensor.
2. When opening the side door, the paper is detected
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Open the side door. Remove the jammed paper.
Close the side door. After warm up, if same jam occ
2. If there is any obstacles on duplex path, remove it.
3. If the feed roller is broken away, reassemble it.
4. Make the duplex 2 jam sensor be pushed by pushin
Close the side door.
Enter the diagnostic mode, and execute the duplex 2
Be the paper at sensor. If "Without paper" message
5. Check if the Joint PBA connector is connected prop 5 Ch k if th J i t PBA
or replace the Joint PBA.
