CHAP Secret
This field is used to enter the Secret (i.e., password) necessary to challenge
the peer.
Initiate Negotiation
Determines whether the port actively sends negotiation requests to the peer
site or passively waits for negotiation requests.

Parameters To Negotiate

The table displayed near the bottom of the PPP Service Details screen shows
which parameters are set to be negotiated. You can specify which parameters
should be negotiated by selecting the desired option. The parameters are
described in the table below.
