• Gray mode display:This selection defines, whether the analysis of the gray balance
shall be carried out densitometrically or according to Gracol G7™.
• Printer: Defines the connected printer for printing the report.
• Language: Sets the language.
The button "Database maintenance" (3., p. 38) opens a new window, where one can
decide, after which period of time the print jobs will be archived (1.).
The option "Archive when exiting ExPresso" can also be selected (2.).
Furthermore older print jobs can be archived instantly by a push of a button and in
the same way already archived print jobs can be restored (3.).
The database is located on the hard disk of the PC in the ExPresso directory. When
"Generate database safety backup" (4.) is selected, the existing database will be saved
under a given name.
If required the stored database can be restored using the included restore tool (5.).
You have to quit ExPresso for this procedure and start it again after the database has
been restored. Restoring of the database leads to an overwriting of the recently saved
data in ExPresso.
