Appendix C. Warranty Conditions
C.1 Standard Warranty
Olicom warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any software but only to the
hardware (referred to as the 'product' in this warranty). The warranty is valid from
the date of purchase and for the duration of the standard Warranty Period (1)
indicated below and applies to the original purchaser of the product only. THIS
WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, AND CONSTITUTES THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

Modem and LAN/Modem Adapters
Bridge & Router Products, Switches, Hubs, Chassis & Wiring Components1 Year

C.2 Limited Lifetime Warranty
The warranties provided by Olicom in this Statement of Limited Lifetime
Warranty apply only to products that you purchase from Olicom or an Olicom
authorized reseller for your use only and not for resale purposes. The term
"product" means an Olicom product, its features, conversions, upgrades, elements,
and accessories, or any combination of these. Products are subject to these terms
only if purchased in a country where Olicom is represented by a sales office or
authorized Olicom distributor or reseller. There is no additional charge for the
Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you have any questions regarding the warranty,
contact Olicom or your Olicom reseller.
Warranty Period (2): Lifetime. However, elements and accessories are warranted
for one year only.
C.2.1 Production Status
Each product is manufactured from new parts or serviceable used parts, which
perform as new parts. In some cases, the product may not be new and may have
been installed previously. Regardless of the product's production status, Olicom's
warranty terms apply.
