Expected trouble causes
Reagent
1. Reagent absorbed moisture.
2. Reagent was set many days
ago.
3. Sample accumulation is
over the specified volume.
4. Reagent volume is small.
5. Reagent combination is
incorrect.
Sample
Sample can't be measured.
Grease
1. Exclusive grease is not
used.
2. Sufficient grease isn't
coated.
3. Too much grease is coated.
Silica gel
Silica gel absorbed moisture.
Stirrer troubles
1. Stirring speed is
inappropriate.
2. A stirrer bar is not included.
3. A stirrer bar is too small.
Countermeasures
Change it. (Refer to 8-3-1. Keeping.)
Change it. (Refer to 8-3-3. Dehydrating solvent
change.)
Change it. (Refer to 8-3-3. Dehydrating solvent
change.)
Inject the appropriate volume. (Refer to 4-1-2. Caution
in measurement.)
Refer to reagent catalogues.
Check reagent catalogues.
Use exclusive grease (P/N: CAGREA).
(Some general-purpose grease contains moisture.)

Adjust stirring speed and a stirrer bar from the
following viewpoints.
Is an electrode immersed in reagent?
Is the stirrer bar rotating disorderly?
