9-2. Troubleshooting
When troubles occur, check the following items and take measures.
If the condition is still bad even after taking measures, contact our local distributors.
Power is not supplied even by turning on the power switch.
Expected trouble causes
A power cable is not connected
correctly.
A fuse is blown.
Troubles except the above
Data from a balance can not be read.
Read a instruction manual of a balance interface again and check the following items.

Troubles in balances
1) Balance power is not ON.
2) Balances are unstable.
3) Balance reading and
communication switches are
OFF.
Troubles in communication
cables
1) Communication cables are
off and loose.
2) Communication cables are
not fit for balances and the
moisture meter.
Troubles in communication
Communication is not set for a
balance.
The use of an unsuitable
balance for moisture meters
Countermeasures
Check that the power cable does not come off and
loose.
After removing it, connect it again.
Replace it with the specified one (voltage and
property).
If a fuse is blown easily after the change, an inner
electric circuit can be wrong.
Contact our local distributors for repair.

Turn on the power switch.
Do the necessary settings.
Level the stand.
Check that the switch is not broken.
Check a power cable does not come off
and loose.
After taking off the cable, connect it again.
