6-7. Validation

By selecting "Hardware validation" to check, the following five tests are run orderly and check the

connection.

Check functions of "Display Test", "`Printer Check", "Memory Test", "Calendar Check", and

"Calculation Check".

(1) Display check

Check patterns are indicated in the window. After pressing

[Enter] key,

"Is the Display test result was correct?" is indicated.

Select "Yes" when the test is OK.

Select "No" when the test is NG.

For "Yes", "OK" is printed.

For "No", "NG" is printed.

(2) Printer check

"Is the Printer check result was correct?" is indicated.

Select "Yes" when the test is OK.

Select "No" when the test is NG.

For "Yes", "OK" is printed. For "No", "NG" is printed.

(3) Memory check

The memory is checked automatically.

For "Yes", "OK" is printed. For "No", "NG" is printed.

(4) Calendar check

"Is the Calendar check result was correct?" is indicated.

Select "Yes" when printed result is same as current time.

Select "No" when printed result is different from current time.

For "Yes", "OK" is printed. For "No", "NG" is printed.

(5) Calculation check

When concentration is calculated automatically by known moisture content and weight and it is

100.0 %, "OK" is printed.
