Placing the Table in a Standard Telepresence Room Setup

About this task
After the XT Telepresence components are properly placed in the room, you need to place the table
and chairs accurately. This section describes a standard telepresence room setup with a single row
of participants. For a dual-row telepresence room, refer to
Telepresence Room
Procedure
1. Place the table at the correct distance from the monitors, depending on the size of the
monitors.

2. Place the chairs by the table and at the correct distance from each other.
The distance between the chairs depends on the monitor size:
• 50 inch monitors require chairs 60cm apart.
• 55 inch monitors require chairs 65cm apart.
