Optimal Huddle Room Setup

For a typical huddle room, up to 3m x 3m and with up to 3-4 people attending the conf erence, a
CU360 device placed on top of a 1080p or 4K monitor provides the best experience. The audio
captured f rom the embedded device's mics is enough, and the monitor provides the audio output
through HDMI. The camera can be adjusted manually to f ocus on the person in f ront of it and then
can be digitally panned and tilted once zoomed in.

To zoom in/out the camera, use the remote-control, or browse to Control Camera menu in the
CU360 App, press zoom in (+) and then move the camera with the arrows on the remote-control
or on the app UX.

Controlling Your Device

The device can be controlled f rom the def ault remote-control and f rom any standard control
device, such as keyboard/mouse and touch screen, compatible with Android (no driver required).

Using the CU360 Remote-control
The remote-control provided inside the box is already paired, just plug in the provided batteries.
If the remote-control is not pre-paired with your CU360 codec unit, you need to do the f ollowing:

Important
To use the speaker tracking f eature of the camera, please assure that the camera is not
panned lef t or right but is kept centered in horizontal. The camera can be tilted up or
down.
Important
Do not pan the camera manually (lef t or right) if you want to use the camera speaker-
tracking f eature.

Assure that the remote-control is equipped with 2 AAA charged batteries.
Unplug the codec unit f rom power.
Press the Back key and the OK key together, until the small blue LED on top of the remote
quickly f lashes a f ew times.
While the LED light is still f lashing, plug the codec unit into power while keeping the
remote-control close to the unit. The remote-control led should stop f lashing to show
successf ul pair.
