SSEMBLE AVEGUIDE
1. Refer to Table 2-12, Figure 2-
16 and Figure 2-19.
2. Remove all protective tape
from switch and keep it clean.
3. Install waveguide termination
(Table 2-12, Item 1) and
gasket (Table 2-12, Item 3) to
Port 3 of switch (Table 2-12,
Item 7) and secure with bolts
(Table 2-12, Item 6),
lockwashers (Table 2-12,
Item 5), and flat washer
(Table 2-12, Item 4).
4. Install waveguides (Table 2-12, Item 2) and gaskets (Table 2-12, Item 3) to
Ports 2 and 4 of switch (Table 2-12, Item 7) and secure with bolts (Table 2-12,
Item 6), lockwashers (Table 2-12, Item 5), and flat washers (Table 2-12, Item
4).
5. Finished assembly should look identical to Fig 2-19
6. Set waveguide switch assembly aside for later installation.
