Installation
12. Place assembly on the pole.
13. Slide bracket (Table 2-2, Item 3) over bracket (Table 2-2, Item 2).
14. Place flat washer (Table 2-2, Item 7) and splitlock washer (Table 2-2, Item 8),
and nut (Table 2-2, Item 10) on bracket (Table 2-2, Item 2).
15. Tighten nut to secure the tension strap.
16. Slide eight springnuts into channel of the Unistrut bracket (Table 2-2, Item 1,
Figure 2-1).
17. Repeat procedure for second Unistrut bracket (Table 2-2, Item 1).
18. Install bracket (Table 2-3, Item 1, Figure 2-10) and secure to Unistruts with
four bolts (Table 2-3, Item 7) and flat washers (Table 2-3, Item 2).
19. Ensure that the bracket is centered on the Unistruts.
20. Tighten hardware.
IMPORTANT
21. Install brackets (Table 2-3,
Item 1, Figure 2-2) and
secure to Unistrut brackets
with four bolts (Table 2-3,
Item 6), flat washers (Table
2-3, Item 2) and split lock
washers (Table 2-3, Item 3).
Refer to Figure 2-6 for
proper orientation.
22. See photo to the right.
Position brackets (Table 2-3,
Item 1) against center
bracket. Do not tighten hardware at this time.
23. Install four bolts (Table 2-3, Item 5 , Figure 2-2) with split washers (Table 2-
3, Item 3) , and flat washers (Table 2-3, Item 2) into provided mounting holes
in the CSAT 50 Watt casting.
When installed, ensure the CSAT 50 Watt unit fan is facing outward
