8.1

Visual inspection

The evaporation controller should be subjected to a general visual inspection regularly.
Check the evaporation controller for corrosion.

Check the evaporation controller for dust deposits as a result of air cooling.

Cleaning

Clean the housing with a damp cloth monthly.

All interfaces of the evaporation controller are located on cards plugged into the device
from the back.

The CPU-Card

The standard evaporation controller is equipped with the cards »CPUCard« and »Magnet
Card«. The gun rotation card »GRC« and the filament switch card »FSC« are optional.
