Troubleshooting,corrective actions

N O T I C E !
messages described in this mounting instruction are explained in such
a way that they can be understood by qualified technicians with training in
Electrical engineering/electronics and Mechanical engineering/maintenance.
These technicians are to be equipped with the proper tools and test materials. The
shutdown procedure must be followed before any maintenance or repair work is
carried out. Should the specified measures not prove successful, please contact
Ferrotec GmbH.
Error messages and warnings are shown in the bottom status line of the LCD display
together with their number and a description. A distinction is drawn between warnings and
errors.
7.10.1 Error messages
In the operating status
error is detected, after which the corresponding error message is shown in the LCD display.
The Menu/Quit button blinks. The high voltage can not be switched on again until the error
has been eliminated and the message cleared by pressing the Menu/Quit-button. If there
is a further error, it is displayed after the last error has been cleared. If an error occurs in

7.10.2 Warnings
Warnings are given in the event of faults, that do not impair the evaporation process
strongly. The high voltage is not switched off. Warnings are cleared like error messages
with the button Menu/Quit.
