Immediately contact the last carrier!

Keep the packaging material (for possible inspection or return shipment)

Packaging for return shipment
Use the original packaging material as far as possible. If it is no longer available
Use the services of a packaging company with suitably competent personnel.

the original packaging, the consignor is responsible for all transport damage caused
through the use of improper packaging. Proper packaging is not only the original
packaging, but also other packaging appropriate for preventing damage to the device.
