Syntax: copy xmodem startup-config < pc | unix >
copy xmodem config < filename > < pc | unix >
All Switches: Copies a configuration file from a serially
connected PC or UNIX workstation to the switch's startup­
config file.
5300xl Only: On a 5300xl switch running software release
E.09.xx or greater, copies a configuration file from a
serially connected PC or UNIX workstation to a designated
configuration file on the switch. For more on multiple
configuration files, refer to "Multiple Configuration Files
on 5300xl Switches" on page 6-20.
For example, to copy a configuration file from a PC serially connected to the
switch:
