Axis module
This documentation describes the display of a single-channel module (AX81xx). The display for a two-
channel module is split vertically. The left column shows the symbols for channel "B", the right column shows
the symbols for channel "A". The EtherCAT symbol is shown in the center.
"E" – EtherCAT

Description
Axis symbol lights up green:
• The axis is enabled and error-free.
Axis symbol flashes green:
• Fast blinking: The axis is disabled and is being initialized.
Slow flashing: The axis is disabled and error-free.
Axis symbol flashes green-red:
• The error reaction of the axis is active.
Axis symbol flashes red:
• Error.
Axis symbol lights up red:
• The module is in EtherCAT INIT state.
Description
Safety symbol lights up green:
S
• No safety error.
Safety symbol lights up red:
S
• The axis is in state "STO".
Description
EtherCAT, axis and safety symbols light up green:
S
• The safety axis module is in normal operating state.
