Chapter 3: Front Panel Configuration
3.1. Front Panel Operation
The AERO.10 includes a joystick encoder (menu knob). The operation of the
joystick encoder is as follows:
• Press Left = "Escape", backs you out towards the Main menu
• Press Right = "Enter", or moves right into the selected submenu
• Press Up = moves up through the menu tree
• Press Down = moves down through the menu tree
• Turn (Rotate) = adjust parameters
Pushing the encoder in serves no function and is currently reserved.
In this manual, navigating the front panel will be described using phrases like:
"Press the encoder Up/Down to highlight System". This will be done for the first
few examples to help those unfamiliar with the menus and front panel controls.
Step by step instructions that walk the user through making a change to a setting are
provided
After the first few examples the instructions will be shortened to "select" System
and this has the same meaning as: Press the encoder Up/Down to highlight the
menu selection 'System'. An instruction to select System will almost always be
followed by press Right which will then open the selected menu. These step by step
instructions will shortened further later in the manual to:
Instance 1 > DRC Program 1 > Load Preset > Load a Preset > TV 5B Light.
This means select Instance 1, press Right, then select DRC Program 1 and Press
Right, then select Load Preset and press Right, etc. (It is assumed that the starting
