The NfRemote client software (remote control) is included on the supplied USB
drive. Copy the NfRemote application to a Windows computer or tablet. Double-
click to begin the installation and follow the on-screen directions to complete it.
When the NfRemote screen appears, enter the IP address and password of your
AERO.10. You may also fill in a "friendly" name in the Comment field to help identify
the unit. You may click on the "Add" button to add this unit to a quick recall list in
the bottom of the window, or simply click "Connect".
Note!
A password is required to gain access to the unit's remote control.
The default factory password is "1234"
Once the connection is complete, you will see a similar display to that of the front-
panel display. Click the left mouse button to select menu items and controls. To
adjust sliding controls, click and hold the left mouse button while dragging the
control.
2.2.3. Front Panel Operation
The AERO.10 includes a joystick encoder (menu knob). The operation of the
joystick encoder is as follows:
• Push Left = "Escape", backs you out towards the Main menu
• Push Right = "Enter", or moves right into the selected submenu
• Push Up = moves up through the menu tree
• Push Down = moves down through the menu tree
• Turn (Rotate) = adjust parameters
When the unit powers up, the front panel will be locked and no configuration
changes will be able to be performed without unlocking it. With the front panel
locked, it is possible to view the status of
• Hostname (serial number)
• IP address
• System Location
• Software Version installed in the unit.
2.2.4. Unlocking the front panel
• Navigate to the Password field. (The password field is the default field
selected when the AERO.10 boots up.)
