Status messages are informational and do not stop printer operation.
Status Message Summary
Message Cause
Replace Toner This message appears between
Toner Low and Toner Empty.
[Incompatible] A Fax from a registered junk Fax
number was received.
Group Not A group location number was
Available entered when only a single
location number is used, such as
when adding locations for
Multiple Send operations.
Cancel? Scan of original has filled
<Yes> available memory.
Retry Redial? Wait interval to redial a
previously busy number.
Low Power The printer is in power save
mode.
Not Assigned The speed button or speed dial
number you tried to use has no
number assigned to it.
[Stop Pressed] Stop/Clear has been pressed
during an operation.
Authentication The ID or password entered is
Failure incorrect.
Mail Exceeds The mail size is larger than the
Server Support supported size by SMTP server.
Enter Again An invalid entry
File Format Not The selected file format is not
Supported supported.
Not Available Can not perform the task
Try Again Later immediately because too many
tasks are running at once.
One Page is Single page data exceeds the
Too Large mail size configuration.
Operation Not In the Add Page/Cancel Job
Assigned operation, but there are no jobs
stored.
Scanner locked The scanner module is locked

Initial Action
Replace the cartridge.
The received Fax is deleted.
Check junk Fax settings.
Use a speed dial number or dial
the number using the keypad.
Press OK to cancel. To send
pages successfully stored, select
No and press OK.
Press OK to redial, or Stop/Clear
to cancel.
When data is received, the printer
should exit power save mode.
Enter the number manually using
the keypad or store the number
or address.
Try again.
Enter the correct ID or password.
Divide your mail or reduce the
resolution.
Enter the correct item.
Use the correct format.
Try again when current task is
completed.
Reduce the resolution and try
again.
Check for any scheduled jobs.
Unlock the scanner and press
Stop/ Clear.
