printer, and turn it on again. If the error still is not resolved, the smart card reader may be

Export the unit price table and modify it using Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool. Set
the number from 1 to 9,999,999.
021-214 An error occurred during encrypted communication between the machine and the USB
memory device.
Turn off the printer, and turn it on again. Contact customer support if this failure is
repeated.
021-215 The accounting/billing device connected does not match the device specified on the
machine.
Change the setting on the machine or connect the correct accounting/billing device, and
switch off the machine power, make sure that the touch screen is blank, and then switch
on the machine power.
