6.1 Inspection

• Check for abnormal oscillation or unusual noise.
Circulation Fan,
Control Board
• Check for damaged or missing fan blades.
Cooling Fan
Inspect for dust or other foreign material collected on the

Inspect air intake and exhaust openings. They must be

free from obstruction and properly installed.
• Make sure data appears on the operator properly.

• Inspect for dust or other foreign material that may have
collected on surrounding components.

Corrective Action
Replace as required.
Use dry air to clear away foreign matter. Use a

pressure of 39.2 × 10 to 58.8 × 10

(4 - 6 kg•cm ) (57 to 85 psi).
• Visually inspect the area.
• Clear obstructions and clean air duct as required.
• Contact the nearest sales office if there is any
trouble with the display or keypad.
• Clean the digital operator.
