esp-ext-hdr {true|false }
no esp-ext-hdr
Context
config>filter>ipv6-filter>entry>match
Description
This command enables match on existence of ESP Extension Header in the IPv6 filter policy.
The no form of this command ignores ESP Extension Header presence/absence in a packet when
evaluating match criteria of a given filter policy entry.
Default
no esp-ext-hdr
Parameters
true — Matches a packet with an ESP Extension Header.
false — Match a packet without an ESP Extension Header.
hop-by-hop-opt
Syntax
hop-by-hop-opt {true|false}
no hop-by-hop-opt

config>filter>ipv6-filter>entry>match
Description
This command enables match on existence of Hop-by-Hop Options Extension Header in the IPv6
filter policy.
The no form of this command ignores Hop-by-Hop Options Extension Header presence/absence in a
packet when evaluating match criteria of a given filter policy entry.

hop-by-hop-opt
Parameters
true — Matches a packet with a Hop-by-hop Options Extensions header.
false — Matches a packet without a Hop-by-hop Options Extensions header.

Context
config>filter>ip-filter>entry>match
config>filter>ipv6-filter>entry>match
Description
Configures matching on ICMP code field in the ICMP header of an IPpacket as a filter match
criterion. Note that an entry containing Layer 4 non-zero match criteria will not match non-initial
(2nd, 3rd, etc) fragments of a fragmented packet since only the first fragment contains the Layer 4
information.
The no form of the command removes the criterion from the match entry.
