2. Measure the crankshaft runout. Replace
the crankshaft if above specification.

0.02 mm (0.0008 in)

Assembling the crankshaft

1. Installing the ball bearing 1 into the
crankshaft using a press, then the circlip.

Do not reuse the ball bearing, always
replace it with a new one.

2. Install the seal rings 4.
NOTE:
First pass the seal ring 4 over the crankpin
a, and then widen the seal ring end gap b
