Removing the crankcase

1. Remove the bearing housing bolts.
2. Remove the oil seal housing bolts.
3. Remove the crankcase bolts in the
sequence shown.

NOTE:
Insert a flat-head screw driver between the
pry tabs to pry off the crankcase.

Disassembling the bearing housing

1. Remove the oil seal 1 and O-rings 2.

2. Remove the needle bearing 3 using a
press.
