Press the DPickup soft key on your phone when the target phone receives an incoming

Enter the phone number which is receiving an incoming call.

Press the DPickup soft key again.

The call is answered on your phone.

Group Call Pickup

To enable group call pickup and configure the group call pickup code via web user
interface:
Click on Features->Call Pickup.
