Important safety notes

G
WARNING
People's limbs may become trapped if they
are located underneath the vehicle or
between the vehicle body and the tyres when
the vehicle is lowering. There is a danger of
injury.
When lowering the vehicle, make sure no one
is underneath the vehicle or in the immediate
vicinity of the wheel arches.
G
WARNING
If you park a vehicle with pneumatic suspen-
sion and leave the ignition switched on, the
pneumatic suspension remains active. If you
then raise the vehicle using the jack, the pneu-
matic suspension attempts to compensate
the vehicle level. The jack could tip over.
There is a danger of injury.
Remove the key from the ignition lock before
raising the vehicle. This prevents automatic
readjustment of the vehicle level.
G
WARNING
When driving with a lowered or raised chassis
frame, the driving and braking characteristics
may be seriously affected. A raised chassis
frame may also exceed the permissible vehi-
cle height. There is a risk of an accident.
Set the driving level before pulling away.
G
WARNING
If ENR is malfunctioning, the vehicle level may
be asymmetrical, too high or too low. The
driving and steering characteristics of the
vehicle may be noticeably different. There is a
risk of an accident.
Drive carefully and adapt your driving style to
the changed driving characteristics or stop
the vehicle, paying attention to road and traf-
fic conditions. Contact a qualified specialist
workshop.
