Causes
The fusing unit is no longer usable,
and must be replaced.
The paper feed roller is no longer
usable, and must be replaced.
The machine has run out of toner.
The transfer roller is no longer
usable, and must be replaced.
A reception error occurred, and
the fax could not be received
correctly.
A scanned file could not be sent
because the Ethernet cable was
not connected properly.
The USB cable was disconnected
while scanning from a computer.
A scanned file could not be sent
because the destination could not
be reached.
An error occurred in
communication with the server
before beginning transmission.
A fatal hardware error has
occurred, and the machine cannot
function.
Solutions
Replace the fusing unit.
