Removing the heim joint

Remove screwsleeve
–
Remove adjusting screw

Do not lose balls

Remove rubber plug

From the opposite side, press rebound needle

Condition
The shock absorber has been demounted.
–
Clamp the shock absorber in a vise using soft jaws.
–
Remove the collar bushing of the heim joint.
Pin (T120) (
–
Turn the shock absorber around and remove the second heim joint collar bushing.

Remove seal ring

–
Press the heim joint against a lock ring using the special tool.

Remove the second lock ring
