Remove screw cap
Gear oil

Mount and tighten the screw cap.

Start the engine and check that it is oil-tight.
Finishing work

Check the gear oil level. (

Stand the motorcycle upright on a horizontal surface.
Main work

Remove screw
–
Check the gear oil level.
A small quantity of gear oil should flow out of the opening.

If gear oil does not flow out:

Add gear oil. (

Mount and tighten the screw in the opening used to check the gear oil level.
