A capture file can be exported for various ancillary purposes and in several formats.

Export Format Comments/Usages
Ellisys trace Exports data from the lowest protocol
(*.btt) level (baseband packets).
Allows for exporting specific portions of
the trace to create a new Ellisys trace as
defined by the export options.
Libpcap HCI Exports data from the lowest protocol
(Wireshark) level (baseband packets).
Allows for exporting specific portions of
the trace to Wireshark format as defined
by the export options.
Ellisys trace Exports trace to a new Ellisys trace based
(*.btt) on display filters installed on the currently
active Overview.
Text, CSV, Exports raw data or payload from items in
XML, Binary the Overview.
CSV, XML Exports data as displayed in the rows of
the active Overview (Item, Time, etc.)
ASCII Exports Bluetooth raw packets to the
Ellisys raw packet format.
WAV Exports all SCO, eSCO, and A2DP audio
streams available in the trace.
Mobile Phone Exports Mobile Phone Data such as VCard
Data, *.vcf and Messages.
*.PDF, *.PNG Exports the active overview into a
message sequencing chart.
