WPA security is disabled.
Selects personal or pre-shared key (PSK) mode for
WPA security.
802.1x is more secure than WPA2 mode. Enterprise
mode uses dynamic encryption keys distributed
securely after a use logs in with their username and
password, or provides a valid digital certificate. An
Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) is used for
authentication.
Disable
If changed, the printer reboots when it is placed
ONLINE.
Network > WLAN Params > WPA Cipher
WPA cipher is disabled.
Activates Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP).
Activates Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
Activates both TKIP and AES ciphers. This mode is
sometimes called PSK2-mixed mode.
TKIP if WPA mode is not disabled
If changed, the printer reboots when it is placed
ONLINE.
