TRACTOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Inspection and maintenance operations
Exchange of engine oil
Replacement of the full-flow engine oil filter
Tightening of the heads of cylinders
Inspection and setting-up of the valve clearance
Inspection of the engine lubricating pressure after its starting
Inspection of the amount of oil and tightness of the engine lubrication system joints
Cleaning of the turbo-blower compressor hosing and of the filling piping
Inspection of the turbo-blower and turbo-blower bearing plays
Inspection of the water pump bearing play
Inspection of the cooling liquid amount and of the cooling system joint tightness
Inspection of the fuel tank and fuel system tightness
Cleaning of the radiator fins with the pressure air

Cleaning of the air conditioning condenser fins

Maintenance of the dry air cleaner (as per the obstruction indicator)
Exchange of the cooling liquid

Inspection and setting-up of the injection pump
Inspection of the turbo-blower lubrication system joint tightness
Inspection of the exhaust piping tightness
Inspection of the injector opening pressure and of the injection nozzle operation
Exchange of the fuel filter cartridge
Inspection and setting-up of the engine V-belts
Inspection and cleaning of the fuel rough filter
