The O-ring should be replaced with a new one.
A CAUTION
• Remove the float chamber body
• Remove the screw
• Remove the float pin
• Remove the float assembly

A CAUTION
Do not use a wire to clean the valve seat.
• Remove the screw and needle valve seat
• Remove the main jet
• Remove the pilot jet
• Remove the starter jet
• Remove the pilot screw
NOTE:
Before removing the pilot screw , its setting must be de-
termined. Slowly turn the pilot screw clockwise and count
the number of turns until it is lightly seated. When
reassembling the pilot screw, you will want to set it to its
original position.
A CAUTION
Do not use a wire to clean the passage and jets.
