4E-2 ABS: ABS Operation and ABS Indicator Light The ABS indicator light (1) shows the ABS operating condition. During normal operation, the ABS indicator light lights up when the ignition switch is turned to ON and goes off after the motorcycle is ridden at more than 10 km/h (6.2 mile/ h).

ABS: 4E-13 Understanding the DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) A two-digit DTC is shown through the flashing pattern of the ABS indicator light. A number between 1 and 9 is represented by the number of times that the ABS indicator light lights up in interval of 0.4 seconds and the separation between the tens and ones are indicated by the light staying off for 1.6 seconds.
