If you didn't enter a password in step 7, the Check Password filed is grayed out.
The setting is changed and you return to the FAX Key Operator Mode screen.

*: By default, settings are set to save a received file in the Fixed Box. You have the option of
printing received file without saving it in any box. Ask your service representative about
this possibility.
Example: When designating a Box using the Confidential Tx feature
(F-code) (between FK-102s)
2. Set the Confidential Tx settings. Type in a
four-digit number between 1000 and 1099 in
the Box No. field.
The recipient needs to type in a preset four-
digit password to access a received data.
3. Type in a recipient at the FAX Basic screen,
and press [START]. Transmission starts.
