V34 OFF

V34 is a communication mode used to communicate with the Super G3 FAX. When a remote sta-
tion or the FK-102 is connected to a line by way of extension exchange equipment, you may not
be able to communicate with the super G3 mode depending on line conditions.
In such a case, we recommend that you transmit by selecting V34 OFF to set the super G3 mode
off.

The V34 mode will be resumed automatically on completion of transmission.
Functions incompatible with V34 OFF
Bulletin entry

Press [FAX] on the control panel to view the FAX Basic
screen if it is not already displayed.

Press [APPLICATION] on the control panel.

Press V34 OFF.

To exit, press CANCEL or press V34 OFF again.

Press OK.
The FAX Basic screen will be restored.

Set other functions if necessary.
