6 Insert a sheet of paper into the Fuser
Assembly.
Verify the voltage on the Fuser Harness
P138-3 <=> P138-2 is 0VDC.
7 Check all pins on the FSR 2 (Fuser)
Harness Assembly PL5.1.10 for continuity.
8 Check all pins on the Harness Assembly
Front 1A for continuity.
9 If possible print one sheet of paper.
Does the Fuser Motor Turn?
Inspect the gears for damage.
10 Use service diagnostics to test the Fuser
Motor.
Does the Fuser Motor function correctly?
11 Verify the voltage between P 52-1 <=> P
60-2 on the Motor Driver Board is +24
VDC.
12 Replace the Fuser Drive Assembly
PL 5.1.18. Does the Fuser Motor function
correctly?
13 Check the DRV 1 Harness for continuity.
