Try feeding paper from another tray.
■
Ensure that the paper path is free of obstructions and debris.

Ensure that tray is installed correctly.

Remove, fan, and reload the media in the tray.
■
Ensure that the media in Tray 3 is a supported type and size.
■
Cycle printer power.
■
