General inspection and cleaning
1 Record general site conditions.
2 Record inverter performance data from inverter display.
3 Record environmental conditions.
4 Remove dirt and debris from underneath the inverter.
5 Inspect and touch up damage to exterior paint.
6 Inspect and clean interior of the connection box.
7 Clean heatsink.
8 Inspect and replace seals if necessary.
9 Confirm presence of product documentation.
Connections and wiring
10 Complete visual inspection of electrical connections and wiring.
11 Complete mechanical inspection of connections and wiring.
12 Measure torque of all electrical connections and retorque as
needed.
13 Complete thermal scan of inverter connections, wiring and
electronics in the connection box.
Repair
14 Replace connection box seal if lid is not sealing adequately.

TO CLEAN THE DISPLAY AND LEDS

Use a clean, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt from the digital display and the
LEDs.
